Prohibited Content:

- Listings of properties that you, in fact, do not have the legal right to offer.
- Content that is against the laws of Nepal or our Ad Posting Rules.

Submitting your content grants eRentService the license to use, display, and disseminate it throughout the eRentService platform and its affiliates worldwide, royalty-free, perpetually, non-exclusively, and transferable.
4. Moderation and Violations
eRentService is entitled to monitor content and user activities. We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts found violating these Terms, Ad Posting Rules, or legal standards.
Click "Report Ad" if you find a listing to be suspicious or inappropriate. eRentService relies on the community's reporting to keep the environment safe.
5. Safety and Transactions
While the service may or may not facilitate transactions, eRentService has neither the power nor the right to guarantee transactions.
You are encouraged to take utmost precautions by following all safety guidelines, personally inspecting the property, verifying information, and exercising caution in transactions.
6. Privacy Policy
Acceptance and utilization of eRentService shall be constituted by expressing one's consent to the collection and use of his/her information in the specified manner in our Privacy Policy.
eRentService collects personal information such as name, contact information, location, and device details that could be used to run the platform. Certain details may be even displayed publicly (e.g. contact information in listing).
We do not sell or rent any personal information provided by you. Nonetheless, distribution of information may be allowed in the following instances:
